What art schools in Europe would you recommend for higher studies?

Hello. I would be glad if You shared your opinion about studies of visual arts in high European art schools, be it academy or university. I'm actually looking for studies in English language, and I'm particularly interested in schools, providing combined course of fine arts, some practical things, like design, and art history. 1. For an English speaking art school, check out Glasgow School of Art. That's where I'd go for graduate school if I had any money. Also check out Edinburgh College of Art.
